February 2021 – Network Drives with Kendra Yates

For our February meeting we are excited to hear from our very own Kendra Yates. She will be presenting, Getting the Skeletons Out of the Closet (and Into the Cloud): A Network Drive Cleanup Case Study by Kendra Yates. We will discuss ways to clean out old network drives and sifting through what you do and don’t need to be retaining, as well as practical ways to bring your company along with you.

Come learn from real-life examples of network drive cleanup as we push forward into February with ARMA.

Who is Kendra Yates? Kendra Yates is the Chief Records Officer for Utah and the administrator of the Records and Information Management Section at the Utah Division of Archives and Records Services (State Archives). After a thirteen-year hiatus spent raising a family, Kendra completed a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Utah and a Masters of Library Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She loves learning, problem-solving, and working with people, and appreciates the opportunity to do all three at the State Archives.
