Keeping Up with the Information Avalanche: Governing the Wild, Wild Tech of the Digital Age!
| September 21, 2023

In the fast-evolving landscape of technological advancement, a torrent of new information is rapidly generated and accumulates in colossal volumes resulting in a digital blizzard, where information flows incessantly from all directions. Recognizing the critical need to integrate this influx of information into a company’s Information Governance program is paramount. Unlike traditional records, which were akin to individual snowflakes, unique and separate, contemporary data demands a comprehensive strategy for classification, storage, and compliance. Organizations must become the avalanche predictor, not the avalanche victim, by understanding, organizing, and governing their data proactively.
